🔹 And, to increase our Casual / Bank / Relief Support Workers
💰 Pay that Rewards You – Every Hour Counts!
At NCCC, you’re paid for every hour you’re at work – including sleep-ins. We know your time, energy and presence are valuable, so whether you're supporting a young person during the day, night, or even while asleep at the home, you're earning.
Here's the best bit – on a 2-on, 4-off rota, you only work 10 days a month and still earn an full-time salary. That means more time for you, your family, and your life outside of work – with no drop in income.
Residential Support Worker – £12.25/ £12.50 (up to £36.000 p.a.)
Team Leader - £13.50 (up to £40,320 p.a.)
All for 10 Days a month!
